I had three so called experts in standby generator repairs and they could not make the unit operational, even though they replaced every part that they thought was the problem. After several trial and error efforts replacing several parts, they could not identify the problem and told me that the unit could not be repaired. They kept us informed as to when the technician would arrive. The technician was very courteous and professional as I explained all the work I wanted done; 5 outlets with its own breaker in the room that was to become our office. 1 GFI in the upstairs bathroom to satisfy the CO inspector. 1 outlet in the living room for the TV. 1 outlet in the master bedroom for the AC. 2 exterior outlets for the front and side of the house.
