"I received 5 numbers to get estimates from. Of the five Tommy stopped by the following morning and gave us an estimate. I interacted with the other 4 plus 2 others I found in the local papers. Of the 6 only two actually went up on the roof to inspected and Tommy was one of them. His work was impeccable and done exactly as quoted. He was not the least expensive nor the highest. I would highly recommend his services to all. "

"Unfortunately, Nevin is not familiar with Samsung Ranges and implied he was. He misdiagnosed my oven and replaced the wrong part. He told me to discard the old part and therefore would not refund me for the parts. He promised a refund of the labor but said it would take 1-3 weeks (LOL). Needless to say, I still have not received my refund. In this case, he was a parts changer and not a diagnostician. He said he couldn't afford to eat his mistake, implying that I should. Terrible businessman would not recommend. I'm out $500 and had to fix the Range myself."

"I just bought the house and installed a new HVAC system so I wanted my ducts to be thoroughly cleaned before I started using the system. I hired this Contractor and he was not thorough. He promised a deep cleaning of my air duct system but all I got was a regular vacuum maintenance job done, approximately one hour. He provided no before and after pictures even though I requested before he started the job.. seem like it was just a rushed mediocre job!"
