I originally had them come over to do a general clean of my HVAC system and dryer vents, but it expanded to a mold clean and removal of some duct board inside the unit and they took care of it quickly and had my house under negative air pressure to prevent spores from getting out of control and landing on everything. "Arrived as scheduled, diagnosed problem and gave estimate of what the repair would cost. Ordered parts that arrived overnight and returned to complete the repair early the next morning.. Very puntual. Completed repair in a timely and professional manner. Checked repair by actually test running the system, made minor adjustments to the system to make it run more efficiently without an extra charge for doing so. Did not charge for any unnecessary work or items,. In fact he deducted $140.00 off the cost of the repair because he did not need to use new freon which was figured into the estimate. "They cleaned up the area, they were prompt, courteous, and the guy was they sent out was really nice. He seemed to know exactly what he was talking about. He told me that the humidifier was connected incorrectly and cocked around the holes that went through the ducting and so he fixed all that, rewired, and re cocked around everything. He seemed to go out of his way. There was more to it than just moving that. I had some fuses blow last summer when we moved in and he took a look at that and told me that I need to use slow burn fuses instead of this type. He was here for about 2 and a half hours."
