DON'T REPLACE, REFACE! we have found that almost 90 percent of existing deck have a solid sub structure because the sun doesn't get to it, the deck boards protect it. We can come in and inspect the sub structure and guarantee the substructure in writing and install new deck boards and railings, giving you a brand new deck for less than half the cost of a completely new deck, in fact, doing it this way most people can do a really nice composite deck and railings for the cost a of a complete pressure treated deck. The person who sold the project agreed to do certain things and when they showed to do the actual work, there was disagreement as to what they had agreed to. I was told that they need to hurry since they had another job in the afternoon. On top of that, they asked me for $650 more to add 2 additional sheets of plywood for my shed! I would NEVER go with these guys again. Not professional at all. Hire them at your own risk."
