"LVA built a beautiful deck for us. I highly recommend them. A previous contractor pulled the deck apart unexpectedly and it was in total disrepair by the time we hired LVA. This project was to rebuild the deck and relocate the stairs to provide access from a laundry room. Jose and his team were exceptionally professional, always on-time, kept the work site spotless, communicated well throughout the process, pointed out any prospective issues promptly -- for example, our architect's plans needed some adjustments once we were building out the stairs. I fully appreciated his recommendations + input. The workmanship of his team was excellent and the project pricing was quite reasonable. We went with P/T/L instead of composite and will stain it in a few weeks. I look forward to hiring LVA for future projects. "

"Vasyl and his team did an excellent job repairing my exterior porch and painting the interior of the porch. Very reasonably priced and the work was done in a timely manner. Everything was left neat and clean at the end of the day.Vasyl was very good at keeping in contact on the project plans. Would definitely recommend and would use them for future projects."
