"They will NOT return my calls. Oh but they will take my money. They NEVER cleaned the return air vent. After several calls they called back and sent 2 different guys to correct the problem. The original guy NEVER took off the return vent cover. It was filthy. The second two guys verified how filthy it was. PLUS I had originally said that there is a distinct odor coming from the vents that was NOT there before cleaning. To that issue they HAVE NOT RETURNED my calls. Guess i'm being snubbed now. So I guess my advice is DON'T call Pure air. They also need to return my money because I had to call my heater guy AGAIN to clean out the heater which they had just done on May 28, 2024. They also verified it was again filthy also."

"hired Chimney and Duct Experts based on their reviews on Google and Angis list to address a potential problem with a roof leak near my chimney. They quickly determined the flashing of my chimney was probably the reason for the leak, so they gave me a quote to rebuild the chimney flashing for $1300. They were able to do the work that same day, which I thought was great. However, the leak continued, so I moved on to roofers to help figure out the problem. I had 5 different roofing and repair companies come out, and each one said that the flashing on the chimney was terribly done, using a sealant instead of metal step flashing as is standard. I called back Chimney and Duct Experts and spoke with a supervisor. He agreed to come and redo the flashing, but insisted that fully rebuilding the flashing is only done when you get a new roof. Ended up being incorrectly done again, and I'll have to pay someone now to fix it correctly."

Answered all my questions told me about what to expect, they have over a decade of experience and it shows ,two gentlemen came to my house before they started , they went through my home with me and told me what they were going to do and got started, I had a lot of drywall dust due to the construction of remodeling my home and they got every piece of drywall dust out. They were so professional kind and walked me through everything. My heater now sounds so much better. I would highly recommend this company because the quality of work was excellent. and very professional two days later Steve called me back to make sure that I was happy with everything. I was so pleased with that because in today’s world who does that."
