"Juan Carlos, the President, was punctual, courteous and professional. When he came to my home for the consultation, he described (and showed me pictures of) my options and I ended up paying a little more to upgrade the materials and pattern for the walkway. On the day of installation -- which was a few days earlier than originally anticipated -- Juan Carlos and his crew were punctual, polite and friendly and it took only 4 or 5 hours to complete the work. They went above and beyond in removing my old paver stones and putting them where I requested in my back yard (although that wasn't part of what I had contracted for), and did a beautiful job on the installation. During the installation, they laid down additional gravel and sand and protective barrier before they installed the pavers. Then they smoothed everything out, made the height from the walkway to the front porch safer and a more comfortable stepping distance (the step from the porch to the walkway before was so high it could be dangerous, and they fixed it without even mentioning that they were going to do so, and without charging me extra for it), and applied a cement-type product to make the pavers stick solidly together. Before they left, they added additional mulch to the planter beds next to the walkway, which matched the mulch I already had down, then raked it all smooth (which, again, wasn't specified in my contract but they did it anyway). They also cleaned up all of the debris from the work and rolled up my garden hose and placed it back where I normally store it. I would definitely recommend Sylca Inc."

When the job was completed, he made sure the sprinkler hads were watering only the areas that I wanted, and spent time on each one to be sure it was accurate. He spent time explaining how to operate the system, and supplied a map accurately locating each sprinkler head. I continue to use Lawns Unlimited for other services, and appreciate their expertise. I recommend them to others, and will continue to use them. <br />"

"I received a telephone call informing me that Stanley Steemer would be arriving within a half hour of their expected arrival. I no sooner hung up the telephone and they were ringing my doorbell. I found Floyd and Oscar to be polite and professional. They explained the process and were happy to answer my questions. I was very, very happy with the outcome. My wall to wall looks like new and the deodorizer has a lovely fragrance. They treated my furniture with care as if it were their own. They said if I was pleased with their job I could request them to return, and I definitely will. I received a telephone call from Stanley Steemer after they left asking me if I was pleased. Their representative said if after the carpet dried I discovered an area that needed a touch-up, to just call and they would come back. Good job, guys."

"Contacted Fancy Cutz to speak to the owner about problems with 2 Security cameras. Owner did not return the call, instead had one of his employees call back to let us know there were no appointments available for over 3 weeks. I asked the employee why so far down the road, it does not make any sense to have non-functional Security cameras if you can't have service within a reasonable time frame. The only response to that was "we're just very busy, do you want the appointment?" No other option was offered, so I declined the appointment with Fancy Cutz and I called another Company.. Customer care should be a big part of all business relationships."

"This is a small family owned business of lawn services. They (the mom) always calls me about a week before the service to tell me when they are arriving. They arrived on time and applied the fertilizer to my lawn, which is about 3/4's of an acre. <br /> I've been using R and L for several years because I noticed how well my next door neighbor's lawn was compared to mine and he was paying about half the price I was paying for my then (Lawns Unlimited) lawn service.
