"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"Ranch Roofing replaced our roof, repointed and reflashed the chimney, and replaced two skylights about 10 years ago. Bob and his team did a fabulous job! However, I recently noticed the flashing along the chimney was pulling away from its base, and so I called Ranch Roofing to take a look at it. Roy was super responsive insofar as not only did I get a callback within 24 hours, but the problem was taken care of within a week! This team of guys is amazing, for they do excellent work and then they stand behind it. And they are really pleasant to deal with, too. I highly recommend Ranch Roofing, and would hire them again (but hope I won't need to for a while!)."

"We hired Karales Home Improvement to install a new asphalt shingle roof on our 1950s ranch house in Norwood. We had met with other contractors and obtained additional estimates. We had also done our own research, and Mike Karalesâ estimate matched our expectations and our budget. On completion of the project there were no additional unexpected costs. Before we hired him, Mike answered all of our questions quite satisfactorily and readily provided additional documentation we requested. We knew to be careful because we had been burned in the past and lost money to a dishonest contractor after trusting word of mouth recommendations. Mikeâ s crew was very professional and did an outstanding job on the installation, including removing and reinstalling the gutter covers, and meticulously cleaning the property when they were finished. "I had leaky roof. Of 3 contractors who came to take a look, only Ramon from NMTI pointed out an uneven surface that seemed to be good place to look for an issue. I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. The team was all very pleasant. They scheduled the job quickly, once we agreed on details and I would work with them again. Thanks, guys!"

"Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! I knew a great roof replacement would add great protection not only for the home, but for me and my loved ones. It provides peace of mind, dynamic curb appeal, and one less big worry. When looking for a new roof, I’m sure like a lot of you have or are doing, I checked around a bit and chatted with a couple of neighbors, family, and friends. I just wasn’t satisfied with the cousin’s son-in-law’s brother’s friend who can do it over a number of weekends mentality. I also wasn’t interested in some of their decision-making like those who would choose bargain basement, lowest cost options, or on the other hand that I felt had been way overcharged. I decided to conduct some online searches of my own. I found BHI online through one of those searches. I must say that I was quite impressed by what I initially read and saw about the company, their Awards & Accreditations, their Charity, and strong sense of Community, as well as their Go Green commitment. They also have an “Operation Payback” Awards program that provides a free new roof to an American Veteran every year. That was amazing, and along with their many exemplary reviews, I had to check them out further and made a call. Jim DelPrete, President came out to visit with me in short order and assessed my particular and specific roofing needs and presented all the relevant options and recommendations and some needed do’s and don’ts. After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. "Came out to do an estimate, and didn't provide it to me for many days or contact me, despite multiple phone calls I made and messages left. While I understand they were swamped with demand due to a snowstorm, I was led to believe they would be more responsive - and the responsibility lands with them to set expectations with me on turnaround time. In the end, they did repair our gutters in about 10 minutes, and I can't complain - it was fast, albeit very expensive. If I can find an alternative, I wouldn't hire them again."

"Went very well. Only removed sections that could be replaced with new shingles, hence, no tarp was used. Company suggested areas of concerns and showed me to prove their point as was the case in where the gutters did not extend far enough, hence causing damage. Was not being a (used car) sales person. Reset vent pipes to code at no additional cost. Ferreira is a GAF certified roofer."
