"Color Concepts did a great job painting our very large ceiling in a really short amount of time with great quality. Even gave guidance on choosing the proper color. They were very clean and friendly! Next time we need any painting done we will be calling them back."

"We hired Erivan to paint the interior of our house. He offered several good suggestions. Our job required wallpaper removal and subsequent prep work. Within two weeks, the rooms were fully painted and look great. He kept the work area clean. Erivan and his team were a pleasure to work with"

"Bobs Painting was hired to power wash my house. I have never had this done by anyone besides myself and I always thought I did a great job. Bob is a real professional. He knows how to get your house super clean without destroying everything around it, or ruining the surface of the house itself. He is intelligent and personable and very easy to talk to. I was very lucky to find him. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing to power wash their house. I am in the process now of getting a quote on a painting project also."

"Timely quote given. Project scheduled a few weeks later. Unfortunately will require some touch up painting but they left matching paint thankfully, otherwise would have been higher rating."

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The High Definition Painting team knocked it out of the park for us! They were efficient, highly skilled, competitively priced, and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I just bought our first home when we engaged Fernando and his team to paint the entire interior of our house. They were able to get onsite quickly and worked diligently to complete the project (ceilings, walls, fireplaces, and trim). Fernando gave thoughtful advice and recommendations on both finishes and scope of work, all of which came out incredible! His team goes above and beyond and I will definitely be using them again on future projects. You won’t be disappointed with these guys!"

"Found on HomeAdvisor. Project to stain all newly installed pine & oak windows & casings for 20 windows/casings & 1 door casing in our home. Repaired bay window seat board by sanding & refinishing w/ stain & polyurethane. Easy to communicate on website for project, estimate & ?'s. Great advice on using Pre-Stain, Stain & Polyurethane & how pine & oak woods can only absorb so many coats of stain, which helped make decision on which stain products to use. Competitively priced & came down on price as well. I filled nail holes & sanded casings myself. Claudio completed job in 3days by prepping windows w/painters tape & covered floors, stain 2coats & polyurethane 2coats. Stain colors came out beautiful & very happy w/ overall job. To do ourselves would have taken more than 3days & would not of come out as good as it did. Benjamin Moore is only store that samples stains on wood I brought in, which was helpful in choosing colors. Highly recommend Claudio Painting & Home Improvement, Inc."

"The above work was long overdue. Had not painted the house in 12 years. Deck had not been stained in 7 years. Same with gutters. The team -- Mauri, Rafael, and Anderson -- did an excellent job. They worked hard, work was done with great precision. On top of all this, they're all great guys, very easy-going. Pricing was reasonable -- well worth the job(s) done. I will definitely hire them for future work."

FAQs for small projects painting or staining projects in Bridgewater, MA

You'll need about two gallons of paint to fully cover your kitchen cabinets with two coats. Since each gallon covers around 350 square feet, it's a good idea to measure your cabinets or use a paint calculator to determine exactly how much you'll need. Starting with one or two coats of primer and then applying two to three layers of paint will give you a flawless, durable finish. Using high-quality paint can reduce the number of coats needed and provide a long-lasting finish.

The best type of paint for your kitchen cabinets is latex paint because it applies evenly and creates a durable finish. If you're painting wood surfaces and need extra adhesion, acrylic paint is a great alternative. We don't recommend oil-based paint for residential use due to its VOC emissions. For finishes, go with eggshell, semi-gloss, gloss, or satin, as matte finishes aren't as durable or as easy to clean.

The best method for painting kitchen cabinets is spray painting because it gives you a smooth, even finish without brush strokes. While brushes and rollers can work, they often leave marks and require more effort. If you're aiming for a professional look, spray painting is your best bet to enhance the beauty and durability of your cabinets.
