"<br /> Don is a thorough professional - he arrived at the agreed upon time, reviewed the work, offered several suggestions, setup time expectations, set about his work, and finished up without much intervention. <br /> When he started his work, he setup drop-cloths and also cleaned  up before he left. <br /> <br /> For installing the bi-fold doors, he rightly suggested opening up the packaging and measuring them for the door frame. The clearance in the door frame was a bit tight and he informed me upfront that would lead the doors to not close fully.
