Brian Barnes of Colorado Native came across one of my postings and reached out to assist. Within days, Brian came to the house to inspect the roof. Brian then reached out to roofing shingle manufacturers to seek donated materials to lower the costs, as well as donating crew time to make this possible. "Koality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range."
