"DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS They up-charged the parts for my refrigerator by OVER $200 and then proceeded to charge $240 dollars in "labor" for 20 minutes of work. This was a fix I had done previously on my refrigerator for about $45 by myself. The job they did for this insane fee was performed because the technician couldn't speak English so he could not explain to me what the problem was, so I went with them on a bit of faith that it was an issue I could not handle. After the job and all this crazy thievery, was when I realized it was something I could have done on my own for HUNDREDS of less dollars. I waited to write this review until the manager called me back, which he did FIVE days after I asked to speak to them and then had to ask again. Please note that they will respond to this negative review below. Whatever they say will be a bold faced lie. Do not use this company, they are liars and cheats."

"This professional did a wonderful job. I wanted my house thoroughly cleaned and provided specific instructions, and everything was followed to the letter. She arrived on time, worked extremely hard, and paid attention to every detail. In fact, she worked harder than I have ever seen anyone work in my home. She stayed until everything that needed attention was taken care of. I truly appreciate the effort and professionalism. The work was excellent, and my house looks great. "We hired Lulu to help clean my 3 bed / 2 bath house that has one very large Bernese Mountain Dog (Nessie). Lulu does a wonderful job of making sure she takes care of all my things. We were having some trouble with Nessie hair on the rugs and she went ahead and bought a rake for the carpet and a better vacuum to help with this issue! She is almost always prompt to arrive or will communicate if she's able to come a bit early or running a tad late. The professionalism, attention to detail, and overall skills of Lulu is above my expectations of a usual cleaning company. I highly recommend you book Lulu and give her a try, you won't be disappointed!"
