They were very professional, transparent, and easy to work with. Communication was very good throughout the process - any time a design decision or issue came up during the installation, they would reach out to me for input or confirmation, which I greatly appreciated. At one point during the installation, I sent a few questions to the project manager (Austin) via email at around 8pm on a Friday, not expecting to hear back until Monday. While it took longer to get an estimate from them, it was worth the wait. We got a real landscape design by Linda. Once the design was agreed on, Rigo and his team did an amazing job on the project. They were on time every day (actually early) and got the job done quicker than anticipated. They made numerous changes for us once the design was agreed upon and made the process easy.
