"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Excellent! Chris and his crew arrived on time , set-up their equipment and proceeded to remove and replace a very large and heavy bow window. The final event was a great looking window had been perfectly installed. Then cleaned up and left our home in excellent shape. The entire Czerwinski team performed in a highly professional manner. They get my complete endorsement. Bob & Mary Massa"

"We had our bathroom done a couple years ago.The installation was above average. However..when Tony came out to quote the job, he quoted the little shelves for $150 each. The price was too high for our budget, so he immediately halved it. I wanted brushed nickel fixtures, most of them were, The safety bar was plastic. I was told that's what they used. A few months after the install, the bar loosened up. I let him know & he was going to send someone out to fix it. No one ever showed up. This year we wanted to replace the windows in our house. I did call NuF to get a quote. Tony came out, gave us a price for the downstair windows, & we talked about the bathroom. Again he said he'd get it fixed, told me the bar would be replaced cuz it left stains on the wall. I called several times to schedule the windows, & never got a call back. I went with a different company who did the whole house for $1000 more.He did call back, but we signed with Husky. Still waiting to get my bathroom fixed."

"They were great!  I am moving and accumulated a lot of furniture and junk I don't want to take with me and called three companies <br /> for estimates to remove it.  Junkinit was the least expensive.  I don?t always select the cheapest quotes, but the owner was professional, knowledgeable and projected confidence and energy.  His men were friendly and helpful and did a great job.  I highly recommend them. <br /> <br />"

"We hadn’t had work done in our home for years because we couldn’t find a contractor we trusted. They have a reputation… and it’s not a good one. When we decided to turn our screened-in porch into a 4-season room, we had the same concerns. Fortunately, we found Seamless Remodeling and from Day One they started to change the way we thought about contractors. Always on time, diligent and detailed, they’d do nothing but work all day to get the job done… and done right. Every night they’d vacuum and clean the work area (and surrounding areas), sometimes leaving it cleaner than it was before they arrived. Greg, the owner, would text us each day and/or night with plans for the next day and any changes that might occur. Chris, a true carpenter, took such pride in his work, it brought us back to the “old days” when people actually cared about their profession. From the custom windows and flooring, to the painting, electrical and HVAC work, this was the most painless, hassle-free project we’ve ever experienced. Greg and his team have given us hope that there are still contractors, workers and people who will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Although we have changed our minds about contractors in general, Seamless Remodeling is the only company we’ll hire for any future project."

"Excellent!! Trex Decking, stairs and railings were installed. Extras chosen added to the cost. Work was done exactly when promised and overall performance was great. Very conscientious and concerned about the quality of work. Will use Keith for future projects."
