"Mike's Fencing was able to advance the installation date by a couple of days, so we were pleased. The installers arrived on time, verified with us the correct position of the fence and began the work. The entire installation took around 6 hours. There were no problems to speak of. The workers were professional and courteous. The end result is a great looking and secure fence for our three dogs. Although Mike's Fencing wasn't the lowest quote we received, they were VERY responsive. I spoke with Katelyn several times for arrangements and payment. Every time I called, someone picked up the phone. I can't say that about the other contractors we contacted. Overall A+"

I asked Don to change my quote 4-5 times as my ideas changed trying to imaging our deck. Don was very happy to update our estimate until we were happy with our design. "Michigan Fence put in over 500 feet of chain link fence with 4 gates. We had to wait a while before they started. Once they started, work was done in 3 working days. Quality of work was overall good, but we have one gate where the latch sticks. Responsiveness was a C since we had to wait almost 2 months to have the fence installed."

"He was building during a rainy month, so it took longer than he said. It was completely understandable. When he couldn't work because of the weather, he called to let us know.  Even though it wasn't his fault, he upgraded the siding to one more expensive than he quoted to make it up to us.  The only category that I didn't give him an A in was his responsiveness.  If I emailed or texted him with a question, sometime it took two or three days to get back to me, but he always thoroughly answered my question. <br />"

"I had a problem with a plumbing leak in the renovated home I had owned for a year and a half, which caused some water damage to the first-floor ceiling. I called Band B because they had been in charge of the original renovations, which were done before I bought the house. Bill Fewell came over that day and quickly agreed to take care of the problem without charging me, even though the warranty for his work had expired. He fixed the ceiling several days later and was prompt and professional."

"New fence and gates look good. Cal-Pro builds the fence on-site, rather than installing pre-built panels. Not sure if that is better, but it's different. (Gates are pre-built in their shop.) Estimator/salesman was excellent. Installing crew was good, but we had to call them back to fix a couple of things. And we never did get the gate handle for the inside of the back gate. Black latch hardware was just painted, and so the paint chipped everywhere the two sections of the latch came into contact. <br /> I have tried to reach the company recently, to get a quote on doing another section of fence. But my emails have not been answered, and I just get a phone company recording when I try their phone numbers. When I click a link to their website, it takes me to a different fence company in Mishawaka. So maybe they have moved and changed their name, or merged with another company. <br />"
