"Ivan came out promptly to provide a quote. He communicated very well and showed up on the days he told us he would be here. He hand cleaned all our gutters... wiping them down so they look new. We have had issues since we moved into this house 13 years ago with the gutters. We have a long span and every time it rained heavy it would spill over and through the years this caused damaged to other areas of the house. He added new securing brackets and re did the angles and added larger downspouts to accommodate the heavy rains. Our house is tricky as it is three stories high on the back and we have a very steep roof. He cleaned out years of build up in the back where previous gutter cleaners could not reach. He topped all of them with new gutter guards. While he was there working I asked if he could make a small repair to our siding and said no problem and fixed that as well. We will be calling him the future when it is time for new siding and roofing. We are very pleased.

He said our roof didn't need to be done this year--that it still had a couple years life left. However, our gazebo roof, which was in bad shape needed replacing. They scheduled the job quickly. The crew came and did an excellent job! The gazebo roof looks great and surrounding area was left as clean as it was found. We will be doing our main roof in the next year or so and for sure we will use Summit again! Highly recommend."

"Greg and his team surpassed my expectations - I was looking for a same day repair or estimate when a leak started coming down from the ceiling. Greg took down my information, and advised he'd be there at 4:30. He later called and asked if he could be there at 2:30 since he finished his last job early. "After much research and several estimates I decided to hire Paragon Home Remodeling Grp. to redo my roof. They use a high quality product and are very reliable. There was a team of workers who worked endlessly for two and a half days. They kept me informed as to the progress and took pictures of areas that needed my attention. Seeing the great job that was getting done I requested to have other work done at the same time. I had four new 2 story pillars replaced and a new gutter system installed. There was never a sales push to get more work done and no rush for payment. I also have to say their price was very reasonable compared to estimates I received.
