Call him to get the quickest response (he's super responsive just clearly prefers phone to text/e-mail) He is incredibly caring and passionate about his work. You communicate your needs and he will give you the most practical solution and along with it the most cost-effective one. Lance has oftentimes called me to say "I've been thinkin' about your lawn..." and, mind you, only with recommendations for me to do myself. He NEVER tries to find reasons to come by for you to pay him. In fact, he came by and aerated my lawn a second time for free just because I didn't get the results out of it the first time (even though likely my fault the lawn was too dry). He has installed an irrigation system for me and a couple pallets of Zoysia sod. One of the good ones. It's just him and one other guy -- quiet and all business! -- so tends to do smaller jobs. "All in all the removal, cutting, and clean up of this one tuple popular tree was very professional.  The crew arrive as schedule, will all equipment necessary to accomplish the task and went to work.  It was a difficult job for the tree had to be climbed and cut down in small pieces from the top to the bottom.  Folks new what they were doing and did it well.  Every branch and trunk piece was loaded and carried off - nothing was left on the property.  Their equipment was professional and up to date.  The crew was considerate of my property and took care as to not damage any thing.  I was well satisfied with their job.  The stump remained as I did not desire to have it removed at this time (wet weather) and its removal was not included in the estimate or final bill.  I recommend A1 Expert Tree Service for any tree removal requirement - large or small. <br />"
