Within just a couple days after contacting him, John Rife came to my house to start working up an estimate of repairs and he immediately pointed out the problems that needed attention. He took his time to survey the problems, seemed to be very knowledgeable about roofing and very confident that they could fix it. He was very concerned about fixing the problem as soon as he could especially since it was causing an electrical hazard. For the quote, he gave me a comprehensive materials shopping cart and a detailed labor estimate which I thought was very reasonable. Once I accepted his proposal, the materials were at the house within just a couple days and the roof and guttering was repaired the very next day.
