"The brickwork under my front porch was cracking and collapsing. The reason for the collapse was unknown and the contractor and I could only speculate on the cause. The contractor said that he could rebuild the porch using materials of like kind and quality or he could rebuild it using "pavers". I was somewhat skeptical about the pavers, but we ended up going that route and I am glad we did. Not only did we have the porch replaced , but we also had the walk from the porch to the drive replaced in pavers. Sondor and his assistant, Rubin, are knowledgeable and work hard to complete the project. The final product exceeded my expectations and it looks beautiful. At the completion of the work, all debris was removed from the jobsite. I would highly recommend this contractor."

He used wall pavers that he removed from previous retaining walls to repair and add to a retaining wall behind the garage. The patio travertine is gorgeous and the granite edging was well done. His work was done well, quickly and neatly. Repairs were made to lawn from heavy equipment used and it came in beautifully. He gave us great instructions which we followed 😀. "The steps were for the most part rebuilt in a quality fashion except for one spot in a hidden area (lower inside) where they sloped mortar covering a spot that has a missing brick/(short brick). I have a picture of this and would like to post it as proof. I contacted the owner and he said he was going to take a look at it and nothing has happened and it has been a month since they finish the project."

"Very well. Mr. Shuleva took a whole year before the project was started, but once he got his workers in place, it went very well. In addition to creating a swale that directed floodwaters away from our house, he tied our drainpipes into a drain that took the water away from the house and installed a french drain (I think that's the correct term) around the retaining wall under our prized back porch. He also did some extras, including giving me two nice shrubs (some sort of hydrangea, I forget the name), replanting a dogwood and some heritage lilacs that he had to move in order to do the rest of the work, and reseeding another part of the yard. We get compliments on the work. Looks great, and the grass is coming in nicely."
