"Scott came and did an assessment of our dryer ventilation. He determined that the hose on the back of the dryer was too long and also that there was a decent amount of build up in the vent system. Also, the lines from our washer were severely corroded. Scott was able to replace all the hoses and lines as well as perform a thorough cleaning of the vent system. Before the work took place, a normal load of laundry took 1.5 hours to dry on low. After the work was performed, the same load now only takes 40 minutes on low.."

"Their two man crew arrived on time and got started right away. I prepared all the vents and returns which helped get the process started quickly. I took about two and one half hours and they did have to make a number of circular holes in our main duct which were covered with a larger square piece of metal. All the vents were cleaned and sanitized and they also cleaned the furnace blower. Our biggest problem was the dryer vent which they cleaned from both ends because of the length and it blew out quite a bit on the back end.
