"We were extremely happy with Ty and his service. He is completely professional, extremely detail oriented and very helpful. He replaced a defective inverter and then even helped us understand how to use our back-up generator as a courtesy. Both he and his assistant worked all day to solve our problem and took the time to answer all of our questions.
