He gave good input on what to consider while deciding where to place the pad and they graded the surroundings to help control rainwater runoff. The pad looks beautiful. Shawn, Sergio and crew were timely and left the site neat and clean, though there were a few nails from the frame, no big deal. "Was very professional and thorough. Some of our foundation blocks were crumbling and the mortar between them was in bad shape. One of the foundation blocks needed to be completely replaced. He managed to find a matching block to replace that one. Repaired all of the crumbling blocks and mortar. Overall the repairs look great and blend nicely on our old house."
