"Blake returned my call that day for work that included installation of lights and outlets in basement, installation of a dedicated outlet in garage and troubleshooting some other issues. 4 days later the work started and after some initial changes a majority of the work was completed. Finished the job the following week with a half day of work. Called with an issue regarding a GFI switch. They were out the next day and determined that the issue was with the Christmas lights not the electrical wiring. Nick was polite, punctual, and cleaned up after himself. "It went well. The job was incredibly simple. They just needed to install a light fixture that I had purchased. They did a good job however, when they initially did the work, I inspected what they did and had to tell them that the light was not straight. The fixture was not flush with the ceiling. When I notified them, they did indeed fix it but for the money that I was paying, I felt that I should not have had to tell them to fix it. The entire job took them all of 20 minutes, but cost me $147(just labor, I provided the light fixture). I was aware of the price before hand, so that was not a surprise but for that kind of money, I should not have had to tell them to make sure the light was flush with the ceiling."

"Mr. Electric provided excellent service for me under difficult circumstances. A building contractor damaged a wire and buried it under 42” of concrete. Ryan Corley, Mr. Electric’s wire detection specialist, was able to locate the wire accurately. Electricians Jeff Shipkosky and Khefren Johnson spent two and a half very long days, in 93-degree heat, digging around the perimeter of my house. Both ends of the damaged wire were eventually located six feet underground, which is considerable deeper than code requires. Justin David, Mr. Electric’s manager, was here working alongside his men and provided all the support possible to them. He maintained full contact and communication with me throughout the entire process. These men, along with a crew of assistants, are a class act company. I was very impressed at the dedication of Mr. Electric and recommend them highly."
