Explained his findings with photographic evidence and even tested the quality of his work by saturating the area of repair with water to ensure there was no more leak around the chimney! "They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"Several years ago I used T&J Exteriors to replace 3 or 4 windows on a recently purchased home, so I contacted them again when I decided to replace the rest. My first experience was great; the owner met with me to determine what I needed and to answer questions. After the installation, he called to make sure I was happy with the product and service. My second experience was different; I had to leave a few messages before I heard back from the owner. He told me that he subcontracted out all his window jobs, saying someone would be out to measure. The man who did the measuring and the man who actually installed my windows were professional and competent, and I love the quality the windows. After the job was completed I did not contacted by the anyone to see if I was satisfied, but about a week later I got a call asking for payment. Maybe I am just old school but I believe spending more than $5,000 with a company entitles me to at least a "thank you for your business"."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
