Mr Sorrows texted me immediately and left his phone number for me to contact him. I called him at 9:00 a.m. and explained the problem. he said he could come to take a look at it between 1:00 and 1:30. He arrived with his son at 1:20 evaluated the problem area and determined the solution required. He said he could fix it the same afternoon and let me know the price and how much time would be required. He performed the work as promised within the timeframe and for the price quoted. He has great customer service, is easy to communicate with, and is a really nice man. I would recommend him without reservation."

They squashed plants in front bed after they asked and I told them to not harm the front flower beds. Moved patio furniture around and didn't put it back when done. Still had old shingle pieces on patio. They bent a gutter baffling. Didn't put gutter down spout extender back. So care for property is so so."
