Sergio came out (exactly the time he said he would) inspected both my roof and gutters and solved the problem! "The Good: Fast response, was able to come out and diagnose the problem the day after a big rain. Answered all questions. Two days later they fixed the issue. They gave me a 2 year warranty on the work. Their work will be tested in the torrential rain that it sure to come. Fingers crossed. The not so good: A bit costly in my opinion. A silicon seal on my window, $375; to find roof leak and re-shingle $1300, took them about an hour and a half to complete the job. Left nails behind, but offered to come clean up the area, but took care of it myself. Iâ ll update the review if the leak remains but I hope for the 1800 I paid the roof is fixed. If the leak is fixed, I'd recommend them for sure, but also to get a competing quote just to make sure youâ re getting good work and a fair price."
