I could see what they reported: very high quality work, good communication, and stayed within their quote. My house is a city row house with some detail as well as an original porch column which is still viable but needed professional care. They completed the entire job in 2 days , did extra caulking and made the column look beautiful. They also were very good with keeping me informed of any delays, anythng which needed my attention. Tey kept the work area very clean, and their final clean up was perfect. They also worked around my garden and disturbed nothing. Hire this company!!!!!"

"Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
