"We chose James L. Graves after getting 3 bids. They were the middle bid. We had a special request to change our soffits in addition to replacing the roof and gutters for maximum roof ventilation. The Salesman, Bryan was very accommodating with this request since most companies do not normally deal with aluminum soffit material but they were willing to work with us and get us what we requested. The roofers did a really good job. No mess. Bryan came by about 5 times during the install which took 2 days for our house. Gutter and soffit replacement went well also."

Their price was fair (right in the middle of the quotes I received from other companies) and Marc and his crew were really easy to work with. Throughout the course of the project, Marc kept us posted on expectations leading up to our start date and then stayed in constant communication with us during the construction phase. When we needed to make minor tweaks or changes, Marc and the crew were always open to our ideas and continuously stressed that our satisfaction was their goal. "I hired ATN to do extensive work in my basement: remediating water damage, building bookshelves, reconfiguring a laundry area, and gutting and rebuilding a full bath. First of all, the quality of their work was excellent. Willie and his team do not cut corners, do not take short cuts, and approach every task from drywall to tiling to fixture installation with attention to detail. The finished product was breathtaking and everything I had dreamed up. I have hired many professionals through the years, but what set ATN apart from every other professional I’ve work with was their RELIABILITY, INTEGRITY, AND COMMUNICATION. Reliability: Willie showed up on time to the minute for the estimate, whereas the other 4 estimates we got came late or at staggered times in a several hour window. This reliability continued throughout the weeks of work, as Willie and his team showed up promptly to begin work at 8am every morning. He had the same dedicated team every day, and ATN works only on YOUR project until it’s done. He was the only contractor who we got an estimate from who offered this approach, and it made a huge difference. Integrity: Willie was a lifesaver when he discovered, a week into work, that the waterproofing system that another company had installed recently did a subpar job. I think other contractors would have looked the other way and continued their work, but Willie brought the issue to my attention, explained why he thought the work was not done properly and even advocated for us when an employee from that company came over to check it out. He did all this knowing that fixing the waterproofing issues would delay his work, but he did it because he has the utmost integrity. Ultimately, with Willie’s help, we got the waterproofing company to tear out the entire system and redo it from scratch. I can’t thank ATN enough for this. Communication: So important on a big project! Willie communicated promptly on any issue that arose through text, email and face to face. As many hiccups arose (termites, unforeseen electrical and plumbing problems), Willie was excellent at explaining each issue in an understandable way, proposing various solutions, and being transparent about any revisions to the price and timeline. Not only is Willie a great communicator, but he’s also just a super friendly guy, former military and proud dad and granddad. My husband says he wants to be Willie when he grows up :) Highly recommend ATN!"
