I called Rodger late Friday afternoon, he came to give me an estimate on Friday evening, and he scheduled the property to be pressure washed at noon on Saturday. He was on time, early actually, and I could not be more pleased with the service. He did a wonderful job; better than what I've done in the past, or had done commercially. The exterior looks just like it did when I first purchased the home! And for a couple of extra bucks, he even pressure washed my boat, and it too looks brand spanking new! We discussed what treatment he was going to apply in order to get rid of the ants and that he was also going to spray for mosquito. He let me know that he will come back next week to check on the ant problem I've been having. "We had been customer for over 2 years with Northwest and had for the most part had a good experience, until our last service in late July. We received a phone call in early July asking when they could provide service on the home and I requested that they postpone the scheduled service  date, as I was going to be out of town on business, and to call me towards the end of July to discuss what date would work for us. I never heard from them in late July and then in early August I received a bill for $99. I called the office and was told that service had been performed on the home in late July. They never called me to confirm a date and time, there was no invoice or notice of service performed on the home (either left on our door or mailbox) and therefore I cancelled my agreement with them. One of the reasons I wanted to be at the home during their service was because I wanted the service to be performed inside the home, not outside... They made no attempt to rectify the situation or work with me on a solution (such as an apology or a re-visit to service inside the home).."
