"I recently moved to a neighborhood in Boston that AA does not service, which as a long-time, highly satisfied customer makes me very sad. So I figured it was time to finally post a review. After 9 years of using their service I can highly recommend AA as a wonderful company. Their 3-person team would arrive at my 2 bedroom condo every other week, and in 45 minutes or so clean it from one end to the other. They were always careful with my personal items and did a thorough cleaning job. Occasionally, if there was some area that needed extra attention I could point it out to them and they would put in the extra effort to take care of it. In the 9 years I never had a day that they did not show up for the cleaning, and when I needed to change the date from time to time (sometimes on short notice) AA would always work with me to find a backup day. So, if you are looking for a top-notch cleaning company, AA if a great choice!"

"When our former cleaners disappeared, I contact a number of local cleaners. Lucia, of Lucia's Green Cleaning, was the first to respond and come to look at our house. We discussed my special requests, which are quite specific, and she was able to quickly estimate the time needed. Since I use one floor of our home as an AirBNB, flexibility was also important; a willingness to amend the schedule based on our turnovers. In exchange, I promised to forward our schedule as soon as possible. I love that we have a crew of three or four people. When they arrive, they get to work and are finished in a reasonable amount of time. To date, we have had six whole house cleanings plus an emergency AirBNB turnover. "I chose New England Cleaning LLC because of the straight A (excellent) reviews (except for the one B but Sandra later resolved the issue). Sandra (who owns the business) has 2 important attributes. Responsible communication and trustworthiness. Sandra responded on a timely basis each time and she / co-cleaners arrived on time. From my experience, Sandra was excellent with communicating if something did not take place on time or if she was unable to make an appt. She listens to what your needs are and will accommodate as much as possible. They do not peek into drawers or touch things that they shouldn't. The cleaners focus on their tasks at hand and do the best they can. Excellent work done for both deep-cleaning and monthly cleaning. Reasonable cost as well. I am now using them monthly. Thank you."

They always do a good job, so no complaints about the cleaning (or anything). It's definitely a great value based on the level of service. The business owner speaks fluent English and is very responsive over text message. Good communication in general and I always get updates on when they'll come by for the cleaning.
