I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. He explained what he was going to do and then got up on the roof to take measurements. This was noteworthy to me because many other roofers just gave us an estimate using satellite images without ever even talking to us or seeing the house. Our roof has a very flat section and we had wanted advice as to whether we needed a rubber roof.
