Tom was honest and straightforward, and advised us to go with extensive caulking and a few other additions to our existing deck door, rather than installing a new one and / or a storm door which would have cost considerably more. He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual.
