"My washer stoped locking so we had to get someone out here. We were told that is was $100 for the diagnostic and if the part was under 100 that’s all you would have to pay. Unfortunately ours was 115 so it was a little more expensive than we thought we were going to pay but the person that came out to fix it was great. He got here got straight to work and he found the problem then went to get the part and came back and got it all fixed. Took about an hour but it was a great experience will definitely call these people back when we need anymore help. "
