"Reggie at St Germain Construction did an excellent job of siding my house and detached garage. He quoted me a fixed price, which included all of the major items as well as the small but crucial pieces that I didn't even know that I needed: outside faucet, electrical outlet, linen vent. The vinyl siding was carefully installed over Tyvek, and all the trim work was neatly done. I would definitely use Reggie again, and highly recommend his work."

"After dealing with many disappointing contractors/handymen, Charlie & Richard were a (shocking) breath of fresh air and worth every penny. This company takes pride in their work and these two men truly want to do the best job for their customers in the long run. They do not cut corners at all and have extreme attention to detail. From the beginning, Charlie was organized, responsive and detailed in his quote. Over the course of 2 weeks, Richard and Charlie were consistently punctual and took great care to be respectful of our home (always used drop cloths everywhere they walked, swept/cleaned up after themselves daily & used the proper machines/filters so dust wouldn’t end up all over our house). The painting and drywall repair came out beautiful! I only wish I found this company sooner, but we will definitely be hiring Charlie & Richard again!"

We have an older (1911) house and horsehair plaster. The work was extremely professional and they responded very quickly and calmly to a couple of unexpected things. After the work was done they made sure we were satisfied before formally requesting the final payment - the day after they left our kids pushed a chair into the newly painted wall and Larkin fixed it at no charge so we would be fully satisfied with the project. "Peter and his crew were great. Peter was prompt in responding to my inquiry and came out to the house to walk through the lead report and work that needed to be done with me. He gave me a number of options for remediating things and showed me where we could do things in a less expensive manner--explaining the costs and benefits of the different approaches. For example, in one area he told me it was going to cost a significant amount for him to remediate and that it would ultimately be much cheaper for me to replace a section of wood railing instead of remediating the paint. This was to my benefit and his detriment, so I really appreciated it. His crew remediated 15 historic windows and they fixed some cracked panes of glass without my even asking. Peter was very fair, always in communication, and they completed the work promptly and professionally. I highly recommend."

"Terrific work, reasonable price. We had Boston Painters LLC paint the outside of our house and it looks amazing. The owner, Fabricio, suggested a flat solid stain in identical color to our existing paint for the siding and and it is only subtly different from before, but looks better. Pricing was competitive and payment was after work was complete, team waited patiently for the right weather, was very professional and friendly and did a terrific job. Great attention to detail. Fabricio even fixed the wiring on an outdoor floodlight. Planning to use again and would definitely recommend."
