"I wanted to clean a second floor dryer vent hose that was loaded solid with lint. It was worse than I thought! Packed solid! It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."

"The old fireplace was rusted and had to be replaced together with the flue and the covers at the top of the chimney. The project was done on time and at the cost within the limits quoted initially. There were no cost surprises at the end of the project. They also work with a credit company that can finance the project for a good deal (no interest for 18 months at that time). The team was professional and they finished the work on time (the actual work took about two days). The cost was maybe a bit more pricey than the average, but the job was well done and without extra costs or surprises at the end."

He came and said there was nothing wrong with my fan on furnance and charged me $70.00 for service call. His business is about 3 blocks from me!!! Fan still making terrible noise so called the company Accu Air from Clare that originally put our furnance in 9 years ago. Came out and did the job. Always loved this company and will use them again. "After fixing the AC wiring problem, the Technician inspected the Furnace since the he knew this older furnace has some issues. Found several cracks on the heat exchanger, which could produce deadly carbon monoxide! Was not asked to check the furnace and Kotz does not sell furnaces. Left after many thank yous with no mention of a furnace seller. Great old-fashioned work ethic: Honest and one who considers the customer FIRST! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"Our heat went out over the weekend, we called on a Monday morning and Al, the service tech was here by 10am. He found the fuel jets in the furnace were dirty, he cleaned them and restored the heat. He then showed my husband how to clean the burners and a couple of other things that would keep the furnace working at a higher efficiency. We were very satisfied with Al's work, he was polite and answered any questions we asked. I would call Dependable Heating and Cooling again for any service we need on our furnace or air conditioner. <br />"
