I really appreciate they used non-chlorine bleach to kill all growths. Living on a lake, it was very important to me that they not add any phosphates or chlorine to the lake water. "After 29 years, it was time to replace our 25-year roof. Ansen did the job! Derek was very helpful in helping us choose the correct color. Lots of choices, all quality products. Very informative. Price was very reasonable. Scheduling was great & reliable. He called the evening before to confirm after checking the weather (it was so-so for a few days). If it rains, they have to reschedule. He said they crew would show up around 7:15AM +/- 15 minutes. I got the call at 7:15 as they pulled up to my house. The actual noisy part of the work began around 9 AM to be respectful to the neighbors. 6 sheets of plywood had to be replaced. Derek showed me where and why. He used 1/2" plywood (code) - Douglas fir (quality). Job was completed on time. During the original estimate he recommend replacement of the gutter guards which was also done. Clean-up was thorough. He had to come back once to fix a small problem with a vent hose. He was there when he said he would. He also gave me an extra package of shingles should repairs ever be needed. I don't have pictures, but Derek will provide a list of completed jobs, including the brand & color used so you can see them. Need a roof? Call Ansen."

At that point, we decided to have Danny and his crew replace all the hardwood floors on the first floor in our home. That was another perfect job – no more squeaks when we walked on the floors and it completed transformed the look of our home! DM Contracting pulled up the old floors and did it the right way instead of just putting the new wood over the old floors. They do not take shortcuts but will always remodel your home with skill and precision so that you get many years of wear and lasting enjoyment. We are going to have Danny and his crew come back in the spring to put all new wood flooring on the second floor of the house, as that is how much we liked the results of the job they did on the first floor!
