"Very happy with this company. They were on time, did what they said they were going to do, did it well, and did it for the price we had agreed on. The skylight went smoothly. They respected our space and cleaned up their work. The ceiling fan they installed turned out to be a dud (not their fault - we had ordered it online). They uninstalled the fan, boxed it up, explained why it wasn't working, went and found a new one, installed that one, discovered that was a dud too, uninstalled and returned that one, and finally installed a third fan that we ordered from a different supplier. They did a wonderful job, were thoughtful and calm throughout, and barely charged for the additional work. We will definitely keep using them for additional projects. They also looked at other projects we have in the house and gave reasonable advice on how to proceed."

I really appreciate they used non-chlorine bleach to kill all growths. Living on a lake, it was very important to me that they not add any phosphates or chlorine to the lake water. "After 29 years, it was time to replace our 25-year roof. Ansen did the job! Derek was very helpful in helping us choose the correct color. Lots of choices, all quality products. Very informative. Price was very reasonable. Scheduling was great & reliable. He called the evening before to confirm after checking the weather (it was so-so for a few days). If it rains, they have to reschedule. He said they crew would show up around 7:15AM +/- 15 minutes. I got the call at 7:15 as they pulled up to my house. The actual noisy part of the work began around 9 AM to be respectful to the neighbors. 6 sheets of plywood had to be replaced. Derek showed me where and why. He used 1/2" plywood (code) - Douglas fir (quality). Job was completed on time. During the original estimate he recommend replacement of the gutter guards which was also done. Clean-up was thorough. He had to come back once to fix a small problem with a vent hose. He was there when he said he would. He also gave me an extra package of shingles should repairs ever be needed. I don't have pictures, but Derek will provide a list of completed jobs, including the brand & color used so you can see them. Need a roof? Call Ansen."
