Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "The day of the move was flawless as far as the move. The five men assigned to our move were great, professional, courteous, and more importantly willing to move and then move again furniture until I was satisfied with its location. "I've used Serenity Movers 5 years ago and I needed to move to a new place in February 2019. I was happy to see Serenity still rated highly on here so I contacted them to schedule a move for 2/22/19. Max was professional when I called to get a quote. The movers arrived earlier than scheduled and I was pleased with that. The movers were professional and organized in packing up the large pieces of furniture since most of them are antiques. When everything was moved to the new apt, nothing was damaged upon inspection. Max called me a week later to follow-up to see how the move went. I was very pleased that Serenity Movers do follow-up calls to address any concerns or just to make sure everything went smoothly, which it did in my case. I will definitely use them again in the future and I highly recommend them."

"Great job! The men were friendly, respectful, and efficient. They handled my "extra fragile" items with extreme care - just as I asked. I used the packing service too. They had plenty of boxes for all my belongings, and wrapped my furniture in plastic to protect it. I lived at the end of a very, very long hallway and the new apartment has a short flight of stairs. The men were upbeat and positive all day, even having to deal with that! They were experts at loading the truck so everything was secure. I'm so happy to support a local business and can totally recommend it. A couple suggestions for improvement are: a little bit more prompt reply to website inquires, and a bit more written communication or confirmation (email). Also, if you continue to offer the packing service, I'd suggest bringing bubble wrap and/or let the client know you'll be needing that kind of packing material.
