He arrived at the specified time and started the work. He covered the floor leading to the powder room with a tarp and started pulling up the old floor. He asked us about how we would like the new tile laid and began to lay the pattern we requested. He keep the work area very clean and was very personable as well as professional. Job was done in April 2024, now is august 2024. even after multiple texts and calls. we never received an invoice. when Michael asked for payments we never hesitated to pay.
