This past summer I had my ceiling sprayed and was happy with the how it looked immediately. 6 months later I began to see some cracking in the paint, but was not completely concerned. A couple weeks later it began to start peeling off like a river birch. At this time I called and left Don a voicemail, and sent an email. Waited a week to follow up again, still nothing. After multiple emails and voicemails with photos of the issues, I have not received a response. I was not even that mad as things happen, but to disappear when your work is being questioned has me really disappointed. When speaking with other painters they have told me this issue was due to too much paint too fast (coats not completely curing)."

He provided the most detailed written breakdown of his proposed costs and was thorough and authoritative in his answers. We had to coordinate timing with a roofing company and a gutter company, and during the lead up to our project he remained responsive to planning communications. He not only stuck to his proposed schedule but worked with understanding and good will around difficulties caused by one of the other companies' failure to meet their own schedule. His work was thorough and professional and he remained responsive all the way through the final touch ups and cleanup. Would hire again and may have need to do so again soon for another project."
