"The tech showed up on time, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I have to say I was on a 1 to 10 with his work a 20. He explained the complete process from beginning to end. And follow the process just as he explained. To my surprise I expected a good job well I was wrong, it was an awesome fantastic job if I did not know better and I was not here I would literally think all the tile was replaced all the tile as well as the bathtub and all of the other areas that he Resurfaced. When I walked into the room and it was done I cannot put into words what I said when I saw it. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of Resurfacing. "It was a pleasure to work with Ron. He found that the bottom of the tub needed to be refinished, but the sides were in good shape -- so he only scraped the bottom and charged me less. He also saw that the outside of the tub had never been refinished and recommended leaving it as is. I appreciate a workman who tells me what doesn't need to be done, and then doesn't charge me for it! The tub looks beautiful, and Ron was pleasant, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with."

"When I bought the house, the bathroom had hideous pink/peach tiles. When I called about getting it refinished it a simple white, she told me if I didn't have the tub done too, I'd regret it because they would be two different colors. So I took her advice and had both done white. The man who came out to perform the service was punctual, professional, friendly - couldn't have gone better.
Fast forward a few months, the bathtub is peeling. It took me 2 weeks to get ahold of someone to send the repairman out. But the service man came out, again, no problems at all, quick to the point, fixed it and left.
Now, another few months later and the same thing... the tub is peeling again. I, again, am trying to get ahold of them to come out and repair. They have an automated answering service but no one returns my calls. I am on day 4 of trying to get ahold of someone to come out and fix the tub again. The job was done April of 2014, it is Feb 2015 and this is my 2nd repair job needed. I live alone so the tub is not getting alot of overusage, no kids doing anything crazy... so I'm not sure I would do it again. It's becoming a pain to deal with and to be honest, I'm not 100% sure I would use this company again. The service men doing the work are great, but to get in contact with anyone is not an easy feat.

"We met with several contractors before choosing Creative Bath & Kitchen.  We needed someone with a vision to change the layout of our kitchen.  Eric came  up with by far the best option.  He has a great vision, and was extremely creative in the design he came up with, as well as helping us choose all of our kitchen cabinets, counters, tile, paint, fixtures.  The kitchen turned out exactly how we expected, and we are very detail-oriented people.  The process did take longer than expected, HOWEVER, I have worked with so many contractors for residential and commercial jobs, and the process always takes longer than expected.  I certainly would not hold that against them.  We are truly happy with our creative and beautiful kitchen, and give all of the credit to Eric for having the vision for the major layout change.  Thanks Les & Eric!

"Seamless process. Noelle had great design input. We were pretty unclear how to best arrange the kitchen and bathroom and she made it very easy. Quote was competitive with others we obtained. Delivery and installation was uneventful. One cabinet was damaged on arrival and was quickly replaced. Granite installation in both kitchen and bath was smooth. We absolutely love our new kitchen and bath."
