"The refinishing of my old peeling bathtub is a huge improvement. It looks very clean and shiny. The no slip surface is a little bit scratchy but definitely no slip. Not necessarily bath friendly, I would need a mat which is what I was trying to get rid of. Overall a good job done by a nice guy."

"We had Roger and his team upgrade out 1960's kitchen. Our goal was to open up the wall between the kitchen dining room, and make the layout different from what we had . While we could not get it fully open due to HVAC in the wall, Roger got us as much as he could which we appreciate. His cabinet maker came in and gave us some really nice ideas on how to lay out our cabinets, sinks and appliances. We really like the rolling island he recommended. All the workers were very nice, answering all my questions. Roger was always answering my texts/phone calls we had plenty of questions (have never done a major remodel like this before). Their wiliness to help us with our questions, made their team great to work with. "Remodeling can be stressful and a bit intimidating when you are new to it but Fair & Square made the experience much better. Their team was always very professional, organized, and pleasant to interact with. Just as all remodeling projects go there are some kinks to work out at times but the Fair & Square team was right on it to make sure the end-product was perfect. I love how the glass shower, floor and wainscoting tile in my bathroom turned out. The Kohler plumbing fixtures they recommended offered great styling and are great quality. I would be likely to recommend this remodeler to others."

"Millerized construction remodeled my bathroom and their work is beautiful. They put in stone floors and marble inlays for decorative shelving built in the shower. He was able to do new lighting and a recessed mirror with a medicine cabinet. They really focus on the small details to make everything look flawless. Highly recommend them and will definitely hire them ags8n for future projects."

"It went great. I’ll start with the project manager Kevin. He is very patient, attentive and really cares about the customer’s concern. He will go out of his way to help the customer accomplish the even more complex things and make sure the customer is happy. All within a budget. I wasted money in the beginning not going to these guys. If I went to them early enough, I wouldn’t spend more than I did with previous contractors. Remodii will try to accomplish as much for you within the day. It’s a much bang for your buck. And then the workers they bring you are top class experienced professionals. These guys really know their stuff. All you need to do is get out of their way and they’ll give you what you ask for. And plus they’re honest and very helpful. They will even help on things that shouldn’t concern them. I was supposed to have a tile in a small area that removed a vanity from. They came and looked it and advised that I’d be much better served if I just installed a vanity there instead of filing. They gave advice based on design, time spent, and cost cutting. They went with me to the store and even helped in advising on the appropriate material to pick. I don’t see that very often. In fact I’ve never seen that. I have other projects that I want Remodii to handle for me because of my positive experience with them the first time. Go with these guys and remodel your mind and home."

"From the time I called Cady Handyman Services I was met with a welcome and the owner was quite pleasant as he took an account of the things I needed care with.  I was given an agreeable date and name of the Handyman who would provide the service.

Tom, the Handyman, called ahead of time to inform me when he and another man would arrive.  They arrived on time and quickly went to work after checking the list and informing us as to what the jobs would entail.  They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable plus they were extremely neat and very careful as they moved through our home.  They cleaned up after themselves.
Before leaving they, with us, rechecked each job to make sure the work was complete and acceptable.\

We feel we got fine service and  a reasonable price.

We definitely will call Cady Handyman in the future and will request Tom or Andy' services."
