"Now it has been a month and still they are excellent. They do a superb job of cleaning, work around us when we are home and still get the job done to the high standards them have set for themselves. Very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them."

Small jobs welcome

"I needed a cleaner for a deep clean for moving out. I when I arrived to my old place she was very kind and courtesy. Had a big smile as she greeted me. She cleaning by herself, but she was more than half way done already. The oven and refrigerator looked brand new. The rest of the place looked great as well. She cleaned very efficiently, effectively and was diligent. I would recommend her and hire her again!!!"

Hi, I’m Ericka but please call me Rickie. What interests me most about post-construction cleaning is being part of that final transformation. There’s something satisfying about walking into a space that’s covered in dust and debris and leaving it clean, polished, and ready for someone to enjoy.\n\nI’m someone who takes pride in doing things thoroughly and paying attention to the details that can easily be overlooked. I believe a clean space makes a difference, and I enjoy the work that goes into creating that result. As I continue building my business, my focus is on providing dependable service, clear communication, and a positive experience from start to finish. I look forward to helping contractors, builders, and property owners get their spaces ready for the next chapter.

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Brooklyn Park, MN

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
