"Duct Dusters got here right on time and did the service based on the estimate. We have three HVAC systems in the house. They cleaned out all the ducts, washed the covers and checked the HVAC systems. They didn't have to clean the HVAC since I have service on them twice a year who keeps them very clean. "The technicians, Robert and Nick, arrived promptly between 8am and 9am as they said they would. They replaced the indoor air handler, the outdoor heat pump and replaced the old thermostat with a digital thermostat. As a courtesy, they covered some loose wires on my hot water heater with a protective sheath, for no extra charge. The air handler and heat pump are made by Trane and the thermostat by Honeywell. They did an excellent job in around 5 hours. Air is nice and cold and everything seems to be working perfectly. Campbell came highly recommended by my friends and co-workers and they delivered on their promise. I've dealt with other heating and cooling companies in the past that were very good as well, but much more expensive. Campbell does the same quality work, with the same quality products, but for a much more reasonable price. Highly recommended. <br />"

"The services performed by Mills Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. turned out really well. It was a good experience. He's a very nice and polite man. He should have caught that we needed freon because we had to call him back and he couldn't come back for a couple of days or so. We were having trouble with the air conditioning and it was hot. But he was fine and we would use him again. The guy who came was young. Maybe if an older man that's been there for 30 years probably would have caught that right away."
