Once we finally got someone out to landscape, they never called 811 to locate known utilities in the area including water lines, electric and fiber. Since he never contacted, he cut our main water line into the house. His Plumber came to fix it and left our pressure tank suspended from the supply line since he never did a full inspection prior to leaving. "
