Pete responded promptly to my initial inquiry, came out ASAP to provide an estimate on the cracked step (and on a bigger "dream" project I've been thinking about), explained what had likely caused the damage, and gave me several options for either replacing the step just as it had been, or upgrading a little bit depending on my price range. His recommendations were good, and we didn't feel pressured at all, but the full reshaping of the step into a rounded one was a bit outside our budget so we took him up on enlarging it by several inches instead. Overall, Pete was friendly and professional, and had that air of experienced competence that you look for in someone doing work on your house. I didn't even bother getting a second estimate. I did, however, call a good friend who has worked in the brick industry for years, and he assured me that the price Pete quoted was right in line with what he would expect for my project if you want it done right. When I gave Pete the green light, he scheduled the work promptly, showed up in the morning on time a few days later, and knocked the whole project out by that same afternoon. Put simply, the step looks great. It was done promptly, in line with our budget and at the price Pete originally quoted, and our whole experience with him was easy and hassle-free. The new brick color is matched perfectly with the old brick (absent a decade of wear and tear obviously), as is the cement, and it is clearly quality construction. In sum, I would highly recommend PK Masonry to anyone, and I will definitely use him again if I can ever convince my wife to let me pull the trigger on that dream project I've been thinking about..."

"Weather impacted the time line but we knew from our first meeting that Mr. Arthur was the right contractor. He talked us through the process, gave us ideas to help design the deck we wanted and he and DeDe kept us informed throughout the entire process. We Are very satisfied with the work and get lots of compliments, even other contractors who have come for other jobs have complimented the workmanship of the fence and deck. They are great people who stand behind their work. I waited a bit to post my review to see if they would come like they said if there were any issues and when we had a minor issue, they came within that week and took care of the issue. "Once we contacted Accurate Fence, an appointment for a quote was set up right away. The gentleman that provided the quote, was, at first, extremely responsive and professional. He responded to all of our questions almost immediately, which was very reassuring that we were dealing with a good company. Once we signed the contract and sent in 1/2 of the payment, the treatment changed. The same gentleman was supposed to come over and roughly stake out the property (which is standard) to make sure they wouldn't be hitting any utility lines. He would make appointments with us and then just not show up, no call or email. We would have to follow up with him. This made us very nervous, but everything ended up working out. The fence crew and delayed their installation date the night before the install; however, agreed to come over Saturday, the day before Easter, to install the fence. The installation crew was very professional, hardworking, friendly and very skilled at their job. They have fence building down to a science. We really like the way that the fence turned out. <br />"

"Terrific. Got a new residential heavy duty LiftMaster twin gate operator installed. Paul Henderson in sales and A&A's gate techs Jon and Jonathan are terrific. Gate works great! Very secure. "I called several companies for estimates. Housworth was very professional and I felt they were very fair on the price. They installed my roof in 1 day. During the tear off process they found rotted wood under the old shingles. I wasn't at home and they sent me a text showing me the rotted wood that they needed to replace. After they replaced the wood they sent another text with the new wood installed. They also found rotted wood around my house under the gutter system and around the windows. They replaced all of it and painted it. I was impressed with the manager that was onsite and all the communication that I got during the entire process. I have recommended them to my neighbors and would only trust them to work on my house. I will be calling them with all future projects."

"The man that came out and measured for estimate was very nice and helped with the layout of the fence. We accepted the estimate and set up installation date. The two men who came to install were very nice and professional. They installed fence, two walk gates and one drive gate. I had them come back to adjust one gate and have had no problems with the fence or their work. I would hire them again and do recommend them."

"They kept postponing the job because of weather which is understandable. The first day we ran into a lot line issue with the neighbors (we had submitted a plot to Allied before they started). We got that cleared up the next morning however it took 2 weeks for them to come complete the work. The work that was done was horrible. It seemed like the guys first time putting up a fence. Allied agreed the work was sub-par and put us on the schedule to have it corrected. They sent Wayne to basically rebuild the whole thing. Wayne is the man and made everything look amazing. He ripped out the "old" fence and rebuilt a perfect one."

He even went the extra step in hiring a pressure washer to come back to the house to clean the driveway and patio. This extra touch was the cherry on top.
