"Hilario is a very thoughtful person and very mindful of his customers and business. During the estimate he advised us of our options and we settled on what was to be done. He gave us a start date and his guys showed up on time on the date we were told. Cleaning and preparations of the plaster service were completed on that day. Hilario was either on the job or in contact with us every day to lead us through the process. He kept us up to date on each step. We actually changed our minds about which surface we wanted in our pool and he made the change immediately without any time changes to the schedule. During the last step we decided we wanted to replace our fiber optic pool light with something more modern. Hilario told us if our options and helped us decide what would work the best for our pool. Hilario actually did the light replacement himself and did a great job installing the our new LED pool light. The new light is programmable so he ran is through the instructions. This guy is really on the ball and treated us great by keeping in touch during each step. My wife is picky and she even said he did a great job for a very reasonable price. When we had other companies here for estimates they tried to gouge us for every little thing. I hate that kind of treatment. Hilario still keeps in touch asking how everything is going with his work. I would definitely hire him again."

"This is my second time using Ricky's services. We communicated via text to arrange appointment time. He provided 4 hour window for service and text his arrival time 30 min before. Once arriving he and I walked the lawn & he listened to my concerns & desires for improvement. He took time to educate me on the condition of my lawn and ways to improve. His improvement suggestions were all DIY options. At the end he mentioned he does offer extended services for lawn care beyond aeration if I want to consider outsourcing. "The 9 inches of rain from remnants of Patricia gave it the ultimate test and it performed beautifully. Whereas minor rain events caused ponding before, with the new drainage there was barely any standing water even as these heavy rains were ongoing.
The sprinkler system was trickier to fix than anticipated since a previous contractor had accidentally cut the electric lines between the nozzles. Rob and his crew were able to get everything back into working order.
Tree trimming also was handled professionally, as Rob carefully identified which branches needed trimming so as to let in sufficient light for the grass while maintaining the health of the tree.

Eric Putnam is a certified arborist.  I contacted him and he came to my house and diagnosed the various problems with my orange tree.  He gave me a very reasonable proposal for mitigating the problems and did not charge me for the onsite diagnosis.  I did hire him to do the work.  He scheduled the work and came out did what  he had proposed:  removed separate grafted tree, treated orange tree for fungus and insects, gave me recommendations for fertilizing and weed control of backyard, and will return in spring to review the treatment and provide additional treatment (at no additional cost) if necessary.

Eric is an extremely knowledgeable arborist.  He was able to quickly determine what was causing leaf damage to the tree.  He ate one of the oranges and was able to determine that the slightly tart taste was a result of nitrates from the fertilizer that I use in my backyard.  He recommended an alternative fertilizer.  He was very honest.  I asked him about other problems with trees in my front and back yard.  He could have recommended additional services but instead told me they were not really necessary.

It is a true delight to find a professional who is an expert, charges a fair price, and has integrity and is honest.  I wish all my vendors were like Arbor-Tech Consulting.

"We asked Phil to help us with an unfinished mahogany stained glass door that had lots of issues. The end result looks amazing. It was beautifully stained and finished with new hardware. We had him build the custom door frame and had all of the outside trim painted on the house.
