"Hilario is a very thoughtful person and very mindful of his customers and business. During the estimate he advised us of our options and we settled on what was to be done. He gave us a start date and his guys showed up on time on the date we were told. Cleaning and preparations of the plaster service were completed on that day. Hilario was either on the job or in contact with us every day to lead us through the process. He kept us up to date on each step. We actually changed our minds about which surface we wanted in our pool and he made the change immediately without any time changes to the schedule. During the last step we decided we wanted to replace our fiber optic pool light with something more modern. Hilario told us if our options and helped us decide what would work the best for our pool. Hilario actually did the light replacement himself and did a great job installing the our new LED pool light. The new light is programmable so he ran is through the instructions. This guy is really on the ball and treated us great by keeping in touch during each step. My wife is picky and she even said he did a great job for a very reasonable price. When we had other companies here for estimates they tried to gouge us for every little thing. I hate that kind of treatment. Hilario still keeps in touch asking how everything is going with his work. I would definitely hire him again."

"This is my second time using Ricky's services. We communicated via text to arrange appointment time. He provided 4 hour window for service and text his arrival time 30 min before. Once arriving he and I walked the lawn & he listened to my concerns & desires for improvement. He took time to educate me on the condition of my lawn and ways to improve. His improvement suggestions were all DIY options. At the end he mentioned he does offer extended services for lawn care beyond aeration if I want to consider outsourcing. At no point in the conversation did I feel pressured or bamboozled. Ricky provides a professional and courteous experience. I recommend Ricky for lawn services. "The 9 inches of rain from remnants of Patricia gave it the ultimate test and it performed beautifully. Whereas minor rain events caused ponding before, with the new drainage there was barely any standing water even as these heavy rains were ongoing.
The sprinkler system was trickier to fix than anticipated since a previous contractor had accidentally cut the electric lines between the nozzles. Rob and his crew were able to get everything back into working order.
Tree trimming also was handled professionally, as Rob carefully identified which branches needed trimming so as to let in sufficient light for the grass while maintaining the health of the tree.

"Arbor-Tech called me to schedule my 6-week organic lawn service and scheduled me for a Monday.  I was called back to reschedule due to a conflict so they came on Friday.  The crew arrived Friday around 2:00 pm and the 3 workers did a  thorough job of treating my property with organic microbes/fertilizer.  They went about getting the job done quickly and they all worked together well in seeing my property was well taken care of and treated properly.  This time they did something they had not done before which impressed me even more.  They washed down my brick, shutters, sidewalk and entry with water before performing the service.  This, I was told, was to prevent any staining from the brownish treatment.   I appreciated that added touch to the service. They used my water and hose to mix their product and when done were very good about replacing it as they found it.  That also was much appreciated. Overall, an excellent job."

"I enjoyed Phillip and his team.  His employees were professional and they are punctual with time which is very important to me.  His son Spencer and other contractors did a good job and his assistant Julie is very good with scheduling and keeping you up to date.  They did do touch-ups with no problems.  They cleaned after their job very well.  I did notice some paint that settled in the wood and will probably asked them to do touch ups when I have them work on future jobs.  I will definitely use HRR again.  I felt a sense of comfort around them and as a mom with 3 young kids, I don't just let anyone into my homes or hire people in my business to do work if I feel they are not good people.  I hope to be working with him again with my future remodeling.
