We called Boyle heating and cooling on Saturday. They were already booked for the morning by the time we had the issue but scheduled us for early Monday. Most other servicemen we've dealt with thus far in Columbus have not been very reliable and either show hours after scheduled, or don't show at all. We were pleasantly surprised when they arrived a bit after 8, leaving us the rest of our day to do other things that we needed to do. They quickly assessed the situation and fixed it promptly...no new system needed! They gave us good information concerning our system and were very respectful and professional. Their price was reasonable and we will definitely be using them in the future for our heating and cooling issues. <br />"

"One night the electricity flashed in our home, and I heard a loud pop. My father in law came over to check it out and we found that the electrical outlet in our laundry room (outside under the carport) and exploded. You could tell that it did catch fire based on the soot on the wall, but somehow it put itself out, THANK GOODNESS! <br /> We had to take out a loan to cover the expenses of this, but The Service Company was able to come to our home quickly and promptly to resolve our issues. In my opinion $900 is a lot of money, but our safety is more important than any amount of money! <br /> Brian, the tech even replaced the outlet in the laundry room, though he said the old one still looked salvageable. "He and his team simply painted without patching small holes and cracks. When finished, he poured paint in the shower and down the shower drain. I called and asked him to return to clean up the paint and he said he would, so I waited and waited. I called him back and he said he was on his way out of town, this was Friday July 1, and he would come and clean his mess on Tuesday, July 5 when he returned. to date, he has not contacted me or cleaned the mess. The janitorial service cleaned the dried paint out of the shower by attaching a brush to a floor buffer. I have not heard from him."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
