"Omar and his team led by foreman Juan Carlos have done half a dozen projects around my 120-year old row house in NW DC, and the results are fantastic every time. They built a master closet, which involved moving walls, re-routing ductwork and electrical, and finishing and painting. "The bathrooms look terrific. His people started when promised and worked on a Saturday to finish up the job. We were having a hard time picking a color to match an accent tile with a speckled pattern. The automatic color match device at the paint store wasn't coming up with the right color. One of the people working the job helped pick out the perfect color.

"-The whole process went very well over several days, because of weather conditions and scheduling. Josh, the owner, powerwashed the house on the first day and it worked beautifully. All the old sticky vines and mildew, etc. were gone and the house looked fantastic. Then Josh supervised the painting done by his subcontractor Kellan. Kellan showed up on time, waited for the necessary 50 degrees before he began the scraping, etc. There were a few little glitches in the painting which, when Josh and I went over the project, were speedily corrected. A couple of spot around vents in the soffits required re-doing and the struts under the bay window had to be re-scraped and painted because they weren't up to Josh's and our standards.
Throughout the process Josh was extremely professional, even refusing to take partial payment until the entire job was completed to our entire satisfaction. The cleanup for the project was very thorough. He always arrived on time as scheduled. We thought the price was fair for the amount of work and the quality of work was very good. We would definitely recommend Baltimore Power Wash to other potential customers.

"I hired this company due to time constraints with another job I was working. If you want them to paint simple projects in investment properties, they will do the job. Painting quality was average. Got some paint on trim in several areas. Speed of painting is below average. Took 8 hours to paint 2 coats on walls only in one small bathroom (6 x 6 x 8), one bedroom (12 x 12 x 10) and one living room (18 x 12 x 8). Trim nor bathroom / bedroom ceilings were touched. Being a painter myself, it should have taken maximum of 2 hours per coat per room for walls only or a max total of 12 hours. Leaving 4 hours for painting the trim and ceilings.
