Mel was great. Showed up on time, could set my watch by his punctuality.

Our deck was run down and had colors going from grey to black to green. The house siding was covered in dirt and green algae. After he was done the deck looked literally brand new (I had forgotten that's what it looked like new), and the dirt and algae on the siding, which were really extensive (half the house), were completely gone, like they had never been there at all!. I was extremely impressed with the results, and really happy. Mel took care of everything, only needed access to the outside water spicket. After cleaning the deck, Mel came back a couple of weeks later and sprayed deck preserver on the wood. I did not need to be present for him to complete the deck spraying. He also moved all the furniture off the deck to clean it.

I heartily recommend his services. He was very professional, very friendly, and did an outstanding job. He certainly exceeded my expectations. I will call him again

"The service went well.  They arrived each week and quickly performed their services.  A team of people mowed an acre of grass and trimmed around the house, pool and fence line.  We had no problems with their service, and the owner was responsive to our requests.

At my request he also installed a retaining wall behind the house. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and his men do great work. If you have a water problem, call Steve first."

The company was out quickly for a quote, and was materially lower than another highly rated company.  No unnecessary work was recommended.  They began work within the week. They worked quickly and were completely professional.  They offered for me to inspect all their work, I did not have to make any requests to do so.  I also requested quote for new fireplace doors, but their suppliers did not carry ones for my size opening - but I will likely be using them for the install once I find doors I like."
