I am at a point in my career where I do not want to take on Large time consuming jobs and have to hire employees. For the most part I work by myself. Keep in mind that I no longer do high ladder or roof exterior work. Anything on the ground level is okay. Also I do not do spray work anymore, everything I do is brushed and rolled. Having said that, If you have some paint work that you need to get done and you need it done right away, Please give me a call! Rates: For 1 day jobs- Time and Materials= $180 for the first 4 hours or less and $35 an hour for any additional time. You will need to supply all materials for the job, paint, caulk, tape etc.. Most 1 day jobs can be completed in the 4 hour time frame. For any job that takes longer than 1 day, I will be glad to come out and give you a free estimate.
