He ran new wiring and an outside conduit to where the flood light was installed. He tested the photocell and said to let him know if there were any issues. He provided me with the documents needed for my home owners association application which saved me a lot of time, and he responded quickly when they asked questions. The construction team was exceptional. They kept me advised and every step and answered every question I had to my satisfaction. When an issue came up we were able to make the decisions timely to keep the project on track. The workers cleaned up every night, and worked under extreme heat as the project had a south exposure. The follow-up for letting me know how to care for my pavers was great. Everyone was very professional. Thank you for a great job."

"Jason was at our house a half hour after we called. He took the smoke detector down, and we all realized that the beeping noise was NOT coming from it. Jason then spent the next hour helping us locate the source of the noise - turned it it was coming from the dishwasher, which was already off...very strange. In any case, we are able to sleep tonight, and after all the time Jason put into this, he DID NOT CHARGE US ANYTHING!!!! We have used Quynnlectric before, and they have always done a great job - and we will use them any time we need electrical work done!!!!"

"Horrible experience. The electrician was a third party contractor, not actual employee apparently. I only found this out after calling and speaking with Gary after experiencing difficulties with honesty.. Contractor showed up 15 minutes late. He arrived 5 mins late then sat in his car for 10 mins. I later found out that's because they track their vehicles using GPS. So if the car says they are there, then they are- regardless of whether theyre actually doing work". Upon arrival he didn't know if he "had the right parts" for completing the work I needed done (which I had specified ahead of time). Took about 10 more mins fiddling around in his car for the right parts. He also went back and forth from his car to the area about 5 times, which doesn't make sense. Upon the conclusion of his work which was exactly one hour from when he started he provided me with a form to sign. I asked if he could go over the form. He said "No, just sign it". I told him I wouldn't sign without first knowing what I was signing. It was a bill for 2 hours of work. I couldn't believe it. I asked him why. He responded "If we go over one minute, then we charge an additional hour". I discussed this with them and he yelled at me. I told him that I would be calling the company to sort this out. He went out into his truck and did the same. After discussing with Gary it was agreed to the one hour of work- since that is actually how long he was there. If I hadn't pushed back or asked twice for him to explain the bill to me, I would have been out another $95. That's not cheap. Most people who use this service are probably hard-working folk like me who don't have that kind of money to just throw around. Gary said he would call me back after receiving the invoice. It has been over a week and that hasn't happened. I would not recommend this company."
