"Jeff Turano is the owner. Heâ s a hands on professional with 30 years experience. Our roof was unusual in that it is a flat roof on a residence. CovR removed the tar and gravel and put down an elastomeric membrane. They replaced the flashing and integrated it with the gutters. Jeff was on site for the entire reroof to insure that no detail was overlooked. Jeff is very engaging and personable. He kept us informed of the when and where of the materials being delivered and work progress. As a former architect, I canâ t speak more highly of Jeff and the crew he oversaw. ISP quickly diagnosed the problem and knew that the ice dam on the roof had forced water from the melting snow to damage the shingles and leak into the house. They came out right away on an emergency basis before the next approaching storm and removed the ice dam and tarped the roof to prevent further water damage, until it was warm enough to repair the shingles.
